Thrive Property NT take the hard work out of property management so that you can spend time focused on doing what you love.

Thrive Property NT is a full service property management company based in Darwin and specialising in working with developers and interstate investors. Business owner Belinda engaged Rigani for a full-service marketing approach to launching the business.

Thrive Property NT, Logo, Design, Rigani, DarwinRigani began with the design and development of the Thrive brand including iconography, typography, colours and collateral. The end product is iconically Territorian and successfully embodies the brand personality Belinda strives to present to her ideal audience.

Following the design of Thrive’s branding suite we created a variety of collateral elements to help Belinda reach her audience and deliver her key messages. This included custom business cards, sales signage and company brochures inclusive of all copywriting, professional photography, and artwork.

Rigani wanted to strengthen Belinda’s understanding of digital marketing and assist her in becoming savvy and proactive with her own social media strategy. Belinda took part in a social media workshop with the team to help develop a strategic approach to Thrive’s ongoing social media and assist Belinda in understand who her audience are, where you can find them and how they like to be engaged.

Following the workshop Rigani crafted a custom social media guidebook for Thrive outlining the how to’s for their social media moving forward.
