Piper Collective represent a milestone for Territory start up’s. This online wine retailer, brokerage, and storage facility is a carefully designed concept unique to the needs of the Northern Territory market.
“We wanted Territorians to be able to order wine and have it delivered chilled. To have a place where you can store your wine so it will age perfectly, away from the sun and heat. And to be able to choose from a boutique selection that’s unmatched for quality.” Kelly Hope, Piper Collective.
The journey began with a branding and identity worksop, exploring the personality of the business to ensure it aligned with the target audience. This helped us craft a unique brand including the name Piper Collective.
Rigani and business owners Kelly and Mike then developed a 12 month marketing plan aimed at launching the brand into the market including a 12 week launch campaign. Concurrently, Rigani began designing and developing a custom commerce website for Piper Collective, and fleshing out the brand and its collateral.
The launch campaign was an integrated strategy designed to best reach a Territory audience and gain momentum (all on the shoestring budget that goes with being a start up) A mix of social media, PR, promotions and event marketing, the campaign garnered a reach of over 200,000. Piper Collective have very recently hit the market and continue to forge their way into the hearts and minds of what it means to live in the Top End.
Already the response we’ve received has been overwhelming. It highlights the shifting landscape of Territory culture. How a city is maturing yet still managing to retain that charm that makes it so unique. We’ve always known that the Top End is a sea of opportunity, but business owners Mike and Kelly have helped us appreciate the untapped talent simmering away and the boundless opportunity for innovation.
