Repositioning Preston Peak Wines
Greenridge Group are a well-known family business in the Toowoomba region with a portfolio spanning a variety of industries. Alongside Greenridge Managing Director Mark and General Manager Kyal, the hospitality arm is directed by Executive Chef, Rick Osborne.
The Osbornes reached a point where they wished to clearly define the direction for their Preston Peak portfolio and reached out to Rigani to help develop a strategy and fuel growth.
Rigani began with a review of the Preston Peak brand. As nice as it would be, a business needs to understand not everyone is their customer. You must carefully segment an audience, understand what motivates them to purchase, and craft an identity that resonates.
A branding and positioning workshop helped us define the business from an audience perspective, unlock opportunities, and craft a strategy to deliver results.
Following the creation of a strategic plan for the year ahead Rigani worked with Preston Peak Winery to develop a suite of fully customised and responsive websites including a revitalised Wine Club e-commerce platform and a brand new functions & events website.

With the launch of Preston’s revitalised web platforms Rigani are now rolling out an integrated marketing strategy to help grow the business and deliver a seamless brand experience for customers.
